About the Constellation:
The Cassiopeia Constellation: A distinctly recognizable “W” shape located in the Northern sky. The Greek Mythology states the stars represent the vain Queen who became bound to her throne after angering Poseidon.

This hybrid cutting boards/charcuterie boards is a project I have been dreaming up for a few years.

Made from a 1’ thick piece of black walnut, you can use the grain side for cutting and then the constellation side for serving/displaying.

The constellations are created using brass inlays. Brass will dull your knives so it is not advised to cut on this surface.

Each Constellation Board is uniquely made but they are all finished with a combination of food safe finishes.
