About the Constellation:
The Big Dipper: A notable formation in North America. It is a recognizable celestial navigational tool that helps point you to the North Star. The Big Dipper is not it’s own constellation, but rather a highly recognized pattern within Ursa Major, The Great Bear.

This hybrid cutting boards/charcuterie boards is a project I have been dreaming up for a few years.

Made from a 1’ thick piece of black walnut, you can use the grain side for cutting and then the constellation side for serving/displaying.

The constellations are created using brass inlays. Brass will dull your knives so it is not advised to cut on this surface.

Each Constellation Board is uniquely made but they are all finished with a combination of food safe finishes.
